LEADZus LLC is where you can grow your vision for your team and organization.  In 2019, my business partners and I grew a coaching business to venture into large-scale opportunities and create economies of scale. We tripled our boutique business within three years, collaborating and contracting the best coaches within our industry. In 2021, working alongside a data analyst, Jack Phillips, we began providing the ROI of coaching to our first client. Through our own experience within organizations, private and public sectors, we learned that silos are created by behaviors, surveys quickly become outdated, and coaching, if used at its full potential, can inform business strategy and development. Our next step is to be recognized as innovators in our industry. In 2026, we will roll out what will be our industry's leading technology platform.
