LEADZus LLC is where you can grow your vision for your team and organization.  In 2019, Robin Dolobach, Mary McNees and I grew a coaching business to venture into large scale opportunities and create economies of scale. We grew this into a multi-million dollar collaborative hiring the best coaches within our industry. In 2021, working alongside a data analyst, Jack Phillips, we began providing the ROI of coaching to our first client. Through our own experience within organizations, private and public sectors, we learned silos are created by behaviors and surveys are outdated unless used immediately. How do we negate missing conversations for business decisions, elevate engagement, retain high potentials and talent, and communicate the current reality which impacts trust, coaching that then informs consulting and data.
